HOW DO I START A RETURN?

• ENTER YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS USED TO PLACE YOUR ORDER IN THE RELEVANT FIELDS & CLICK "START YOUR RETURN"
• FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND SELECT THE ITEMS YOU WANT TO RETURN
• YOU WILL GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH THE SHIPPING GUIDELINES ONCE THE RETURN REQUEST IS APPROVED

•WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR: EXCHANGE, REFUND OR STORE CREDIT
• ITEMS MUST BE UNWASHED AND UNWORN.
• ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH OUR RETURNS ADDRESS TO SEND YOUR ITEM(S) BACK FOR: EXCHANGE, REFUND OR STORE CREDIT. WE RECOMMEND SENDING YOUR ITEM(S) BACK USING TRACKED POSTAGE TO ENSURE SAFE DELIVERY.
• ITEM MUST BE SENT BACK WITH A RETURNS FORM WHICH STATES YOUR ORDER INFORMATION (NAME & ORDER NUMBER), WITHOUT THE RETURNS FORM, WE CANNOT ALWAYS CORRECTLY IDENTIFY THE CUSTOMER AND MAY NOT BE ABLE TO FULFIL YOUR RETURN REQUEST.
CAN I RETURN A GIFT CARD?
• UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR GIFT CARDS & GIFT CARDS CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR CASH.
I PURCHASED DURING A SALE OR DURING A PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
• UNFORTUNATELY ITEM(S) PURCHASED DURING A SALE OR PROMOTIONAL PERIOD ARE UNABLE TO BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
• UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE IN THE PRODUCT PAGE OR T&C's OF THE SALE OR PROMOTION RUNNING, ABOVE TERMS WILL APPLY.
I HAVE A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
• IF YOU HAVE RECIEVED YOUR ORDER AND THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ITEM(S), PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO OUR ADMIN TEAM AT INFO@IA-ORIGIN.COM ALONG WITH A PHOTO OF YOUR FAULT/INCORRECT AND A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE REASON AND OUR TEAM WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU.
• YOU HAVE 6 MONTHS FROM DELIVERY OF YOUR ITEM TO SUBMIT A FAULTY CLAIM. IF THE ITEM IS DEEMED TO BE FAULTY YOU WILL BE ISSUED A REPLACEMENT ITEM OR STORE CREDIT.
